INGREDIENTS:
2 cups peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature
For Filling: Candy, Nutella, Whipped Cream, and any other yummy ideas!...it's your cup to fill!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream the peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Round dough into balls and place each ball 2 inches apart onto parchment lined baking sheets.
QUICK TIP: Ice cream scoops are the best for making dough balls! A scoop makes for easy and consistent dough scooping.
2) Bake until the edges are firm, 7-10 mins.
OVEN TIP: First test bake a cookie or two in your oven to check the results of your oven temperature and baking time...you can always reduce or increase the baking time to achieve the results that you want.
3) While the cookies are still warm, gently press an indentation in the center of each cookie with a wooden spoon handle. You can decide how big of a center you would like your cups to have, depending on what you intend to fill your cookie with and also depending on the size of your cookie.
4) After the cookie cups cool, have fun and fill up your cups. Put them on a platter and dazzle your quests!
